TDHWorks Programming focuses on preparing participants to be successful in the workplace through development of essential soft and social skills necessary to gain and maintain employment, financial literacy, college and career exploration, trade certification, and job placement.

Participants have the opportunity to learn hands on training with regards to lawn care, landscaping, and urban farming. Participants can receive access to OSHA training and certifications via an online course.

TDHWorks Soft Skills Training
Our proprietary curriculum is approached from an entrepreneurial mindset with lessons in goal setting, decision making, life coaching, and financial planning.

ARISE Life Skills
This curriculum is a nationally recognized program that uses evidence-based best practices to prepare participants in the areas of communication, decision making, anger and conflict management, time management, and more.

TDHWorks Certification Program
The Denney House has developed the framework for providing customized learning experiences for participants to earn certification trades such as Landscape Management, ServSafe Food Handler Heavy Equipment Operation and OSHA Safety
